It's rare to meet such human & talented person at the same time, this is the first thing comes to me when I think about Valerie.
She coached a group of Nokia high potential people I'm belonging to, through an Harvard leadership program.
I've been really impressed by her emotional intelligence, able to lead & empower a large group with remote collaboration tools, which is far from being easy. Thanks to her, not only the content of the training was fruitful, but the way she facilitated it make it much more productive. If you look about somebody who knows about enabling psychological safety, you should meet Valerie!

I truly enjoyed the way Valerie has facilitated Harvard Leadership program, in particular how she challenged us with excellent questions and comments. It did make me go out of my comfort zone - which is exactly what is needed in order to grow.
