EXECUTIVE COACHING (INDIVIDUAL, LEADERSHIP TEAM)
Individual coaching is a gift. And Valerie helps leaders through career transitions, developing their leadership style and fostering personal influence. Yet, experience shows that systemic team coaching is the ultimate accelerator! Combining in-context leadership team coaching with individual members coaching accelerates high performance, team cohesion and individual development to a whole new level. The team coaching takes place during Board and other team meetings and/or through dedicated executive retreats and acceleration experiences.
HUMAN PERFORMANCE CONSULTING
Your people are the only asset your competitors can’t copy. In a VUCA world where skills required 5 years from now are unclear, you need a solid Talent Acceleration strategy and focused actions.
