A certified Master Coach (EMCC) with a Masters in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Transformational Learning from Oxford, she enjoys nothing more than asking thought-provoking questions that challenge our “meaning schemes” (limiting beliefs, attitudes, and emotional reactions), in order to gain new insights, and facilitate behavioural change.

A leadership educator for Harvard Business School (Corporate Education), Valerie gets to support the development of hundreds of leaders, from entry level managers to Executive Board, and is exposed to cutting-edge thought leadership on a daily basis.

Over the years, her programs have impacted over 49 000 people across 78 countries. With a proven track record in Asia, Europe and the Americas, her client list includes a wide range of industries, from Fortune 500 companies, to European Institutions and the United Nations.

Based in Brussels, Valerie is originally from the South of France and works in both French and English.
